A mixologist and a Chef after his training from Ah&LA. Well equipped with industry knowledge and has analytical approach to emerging markets; Aneeta Myint, ex-Taj Group, a Senior Professor at IHM, Pusa, a Restauranteur herself. She is an International chef trainer and has set up Restaurants chains in London.The brain behind bringing absolutely unique and never-before virtually ready-to-eat recipes and starts Kancha Cheena in India. Manoj Sharma,A resolute in the Food And Beverage Industry steered several brands to prominence with his entrepreneurial instincts and thriving proficiency in global food management with market divulgence from European Union to the South Asia Pacific region and the Middle East. His primary management roles in Oberoi’s, Pizza Hut, Domino's Pizza via coffees in Java, Barista with Retail and F&B with Shoppers Stop and many more Prominent QSR brands. Being a self-seeker, he reckons there is invariably time to grow and create marvels.
